The set is good, but the top is a bit loose, shorts fit just right. For reference, usually S-M on top, M-L on bottom. It’s not for cardio, maybe for light exercise, like yoga or weights. Also, quite see through, at least this color.

I received these and they are exactly like the picture they’re stretchy but not super stretchy, I am usually a medium and got a medium but I would size up bc I have bigger legs and the shorts were super tight so they weren’t really giving me the booty look I want LOL. but I was a lil scared that the padding would show in the top and it didn’t which is good !! I might get these again but I might order a side up overall the material is good and it’s squat proof.
